Integrating life and a spiritual practice....
Although aha moments experienced during retreats or deep acupressure sessions can be very powerful connections to our spirit, the challenge for most of us is bringing these moments into the mundane or difficult elements of daily living. We spend much of our fast paced lives at the workplace, in our homes and in our cars. These places can still hold sacred elements of beauty to remind us that we are spiritual light beings having an earthly experience. Balance is created when we can move easily between both worlds. Meditation and spending time in nature are common ways to connect to spirit, yet, music, poetry, paintings, sculptures or dancing can also be used as daily symbols that facilitate and solidify deep experiences of the numinous. While folding laundry notice the smell of the fabric, the touch to your hands, the visual color. When our life and our daily practice converge, our views shift from personal to transpersonal. We come to understand the sacred Oneness inherent in all things and become an even better vessel for love and light.

WOW!!
I need to go back and re-read today's entry . . . (I spent too much time looking over the past entries and grinning from ear to ear.) . . . but first I wanted to tell you that this is so great! Will you let me say that I am so proud of you? Not only the beauty in your words and photos but also the design of your Web site.
Feels so full of good energy and vibes. Very nice.
